Like I've said a hundred times before. Motion and voice controls are a novelty. I own a 65" Samsung 8000 series tv with motion and voice controls. I promptly turned them off.
They're interesting for about the first day. After that, it just becomes annoying and easier to use the controller.

The only way Sony would have a month head start is if Microsoft announced late November launch.
We know the Xbone is coming in November. That much has been said. I don't believe that Sony will allow themselves to be beaten to market this time. Also, we know release dates of most of the launch titles. They're all in early to late November. Sony won't launch before any of those are on shelves. So with that being said, realistically, Sony would only have around a 30 ...
I don't mind the disagrees. No way Sony is going to be beaten to market again. They are absolutely waiting on M$ to announce before they announce their release date. And, unless the Xbone's release date is late November, Sony won't have more than a week or two to play with.
We wont know until M$ tells us the release date for the Xbone180. After that, subtract a week or two and you'll have the PS4's release date.

The voice acting in Alan Wake was atrocious. Way too over acted! I hope they've learned their lesson and gotten better voice talent.
The part that keeps coming to mind is when there is a manhunt in the woods for Alan and the woman sheriff and the FBI were taking over the cb radio. That exchange was hard to listen to. Although it was funny as hell.

Yeah, like it's not at all obvious this douche was trolling by driving bad, purposely crashing into everything, playing with the camera and trying to insinuate that the damage engine isn't great. If I were the developer talking to him, I would have taken the controller away from him.
It's not a SIM. It's an arcade racer. The cars do not need to get so banged up they are falling apart because the developer specifically said they didn't want to punish player...

They're expecting you xbox 180 users to pay full price for an unfinished game, then go home(or someone else's house if you don't have internet) to download the rest of the game. Hahahah. Oh man, you can't make this stuff up.
One has to wonder if this is really their way of having their own DRM. You also have to wonder if the rumors about Microsoft being caught off guard with Sony's PS4 announcement was true and xbone developers weren't ready.
